A Winning Smile Can Be Yours!
If a smile isn't right, the effects on a person's life can be astounding, especially for children or young adults. Crowded teeth and an unattractive, uneven smile can make people self-conscious and less confident. Orthdontics helps you to have straight, even teeth that are healthier and easier to clean. It means more than having an attractive smile. Orthodontic treatment can help teeth last a lifetime, because there is less chance for gum disease to occur when the teeth are aligned properly.

We believe that everyone deserves a beautiful smile. But nature doesn't always cooperate, and heredity, tooth size and even jaw alignment may prevent some of us from flashing that winning smile. Our goal is to bring out your best smile, enhancing your appearance by creating a smile that fits the size and shape of your face.

Dr. Kevin Hanley has been working with Western New York Dental Group, PC since 1987, treating patients at our Hamburg and Williamsville locations. Dr. Hanley is a respected authority in orthodontics who has been perfecting smiles for over 15 years. He has taught the  subject at the university level and has co-authored an orthodontics textbook.

Initial Consultation Free of Charge
Dr. Hanley and our experienced staff will provide our patients with an initial consultation and orthodontic screening free of charge.

Your Orthodontic Evaluation
If you want treatment to continue past the initial consultation, orthodontic records will be taken. This consists of proper x-rays, study molds of the teeth and photographs of the teeth, face and smile. Using these tools, Dr. Hanley will develop an in-depth treatment plan that is customized to the individual needs of the patient. Depending upon your age, your needs, and your goals, we provide a range of orthodontic options to choose from. Our approach minimizes tooth extractions and external appliances, and maximizes timing of care for best results.

Options in Orthodontic Treatment
There was a time when there was only one choice in braces. Today, we can offer a wide variety of the latest innovations, including:

  • Mini-braces, the standard for faster results,

  • Cosmetic braces, including clear, gold and silver,

  • Colored bands that let your child make a fashion statement,

  • Jaw development and redirection appliances to meet cosmetic and functional needs,

  • Invisalign (for adults).

Orthodontics for Adults
Today's orthodontics is not just for children. In fact, we work with lots of adults who want to improve their smiles. While some treatment may take longer for adults than for teenagers, braces are less noticeable and more comfortable than years ago. In fact, many adults can have their smiles improved without wires, brackets and braces altogether.

Today, a series of clear removable appliances can straighten your teeth! Invisalign is a state of the art alternative to braces that is virtually undetectable to other people. Invisalign uses the latest in 3D technology to create a series (12 to 48) of clear aligners that are worn by the patient. As you replace each aligner with the next, your teeth will gradually move into the final alignment that is right for you. Then, you will be smiling like you've never smiled before - all without braces.

The first step in the process is to visit our orthodontist,
Dr. Hanley, so he can determine if this treatment is an effective option for you. Please ask us about our free screening visit. You deserve it!

Flexible Financial Arrangements
Because braces are an investment in yourself or your child, we offer affordable payment options, including a
no-interest financing plan. We also welcome credit card payments.
